Thanks for purchasing from Concept Climbing; you should receive a confirmation email shortly after purchasing. If you haven't received one, please contact us as soon as possible.
We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2 business days, however please allow up to 4 business days to fulfill an order. In the unlikely event this isn’t possible we will contact you.
We use a courier based service within Australia.
- International Shipping
We offer International Shipping with DHL.
- Missing item / Damaged Item
In the unlikely event your Concept Climbing product never turns up or arrives damaged please contact us ASAP for us to investigate the issue further.
Any return request must be made within 30 days of order. The products must be in a ‘as new' state, and the buyer must pay any return shipping fees. Please contact us in regards to returns.
- Timber & Finishing
Due to Concept Climbing equipment being produced from natural hardwoods there can be variances in color and tones of the same timber as well as natural marks on the surface of the timber such as knots. These are purely cosmetic and in no way affect the use of your boards. As all our products are hand finished there might be very minor variances between the products
